Our Design & Construction Process
Design
We begin the design process by finding out exactly what it is that you are looking for. We like to know exactly what it is that you desire. What will you being using the space for? What are some features or design elements you are looking for? This is undoubtedly the most important part of the whole process.
After discussing exactly what it is that you are looking for we will begin to draw concept plans for your project. We visit your site, taking photographs and measurements. We will come up with numerous concepts until we have just what you are looking for.
After an initial concept has been decided upon we will give your project to our designer to create the final plans for your project. Our designers are skilled in both landscape, hardscape, and masonry design.
Once the final plans are done for your project they are submitted to the village to receive permits to continue through with planned work. This process usually takes about two weeks to complete.
Implementing Design
Once we receive permits to continue through with work we will begin. We have a team of skilled professionals for all of our hardscaping work as well as a separate team fit to accomplish any masonry jobs.
Throughout the construction process our jobsite managers are consistently checking up on things to ensure they are running smooth. The quality of our work is second to none due to our constant attention to detail and quality control.
Success
When your job is successfully completed our crews will clean up the mess made from cuts and construction equipment. Your project will be presented to you and you will be given the opportunity to check to make sure everything is comfortable and built to the standards you deserve.
Warranty
We are confident in our work. We offer a 5 year warranty on all paver stone and masonry work. We receive very few warranty calls on our work because of our sincere commitment to quality.
